These days, too many companies pay lip service to customer service. Not Compu-Meds! As a small business owner, I needed someone to help me back up my computer systems and troubleshoot problems as they came up. I’m not very tech-savvy, so I’ve always appreciated the prompt, courteous service and the fact that they make house calls. I’ve been happy with every product I’ve ever purchased on their recommendation. They take the time to really understand what I need, then tailor their solutions accordingly. They never try to sell me something I don’t need and often come up with alternative ways that will save me money. They offer flexible service contracts, so that everyone from home computer users to small and large business operators can find an affordable plan to suit their needs perfectly.
Recently, I also dealt with the newer branch of their company, Cable-Meds, to have a security system installed. Because the building was under renovation, I can’t tell you how many times the technicians got called to the site for false alarms and re-installs! The situation must have given them cause for complaint more than once, yet all I ever got was speedy, friendly service.
Matt, Mike and Dan are to be commended for seeing a need in the community and filling it. They deserve the success they’ve achieved through their smarts, hard work and superlative dedication to customer service. They’re no longer the computer guys I once hired to help me. I feel like they’re friends who genuinely care about me and my business. Many thanks to the whole team!

It’s been a month or so since we replied to an ad in our local paper, an ad for small business web design services offered by you, Compu-Meds. We wish to thank you, already we have received more response and compliments on our website than we can count! Right from the first meeting with Myles Calvert (our web designer) it was apparent Compu-Meds understood our dilemma...we are a small business, with big ideas. We needed a professional quality website without draining our bank account. We sell very unique products, so we needed something different, a custom built website. We market beyond our geographic area, many of our customers we never actually meet face to face, so we needed a website with personality. We needed something easy to use. We, and our customers, are very impressed with what you have created for us - and all this in just a few weeks from the original meeting where we plunked over 300 pictures and a bunch of product catalogues on your desk. After some difficulty keeping our website updated through various people, we decided to make some changes. Advice from a work colleague a professional in the PLC and programming of computers told me to check out Compu-Meds.
Myles Calvert was my contact with this establishment.
They are a small business that can deal with people on a more personal level. Myles had a great concept of what we wanted our website to portray. His professionalism with pictures and colors blended my site to suit our personality.
